Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for refunds.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the time it takes for the returned item to reach our warehouse may vary, as we ship and receive products globally. The duration of the return shipment is subject to the shipping method and the originating country.

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your return within 2-5 business days. We aim to make this process as swift as possible.

After processing your return, we will notify you and initiate the refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. While we ensure prompt processing on our end, please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Incorrect Items Received

In the event that you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at jskcases@gmail.com. To assist in resolving the issue, we require a photo of the item you received. Upon verification, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional charge. Additionally, you may keep the wrongly sent item as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

In addition to our 30-day return policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jskcases@gmail.com.
