I placed an order for the case and when the package arrived porch pirates got my order. So sad I wrote back and in less than a week I have a replacement at no cost to me. Thank you for being so caring.

I ordered a new case and when it arrived it was stolen by pirch pirates. The company replaced the case at no charge to me. It has not arrived yet but I am hopeful that it's going to be perfect.
